 Steve Higginson - Managing Director
Joined the company in 2001 after 20 years in the packaging industry, having held a number of senior Plant Management posts around the globe. Based on a quality and operational process background Steve’s experience adds a new dimension to the services CCH now has available to our customers. Heading the programme of change within the company to where we sit today, able to offer complete Turn key services on a World Class basis.

Operations Director
Continuing the programme of development and change, Mike joined the team in 2004. Bringing extensive experience in all aspects of major projects World Wide. With an operational background in Senior positions across Asia, Middle East and Europe.
 David Lawson - Financial
Director
David joined us as our Financial
Director in August 2007 having previously been a partner in a Top 30
UK accountancy firm. He has brought with him twenty years of high
level financial experience and has continued the development and
strengthening of our top team to match the growth of our
business.
 Marcel Schoumacker - Business Development
Manager
Marcel
has recently joined CCH and heads up the Stolle division promoting
our OEM parts supply service to the Can Making Industry. Please read

CCH and to our customers. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics from theFrench Navy Academy, Bachelor’s degree in
Economics from the Institut Français de Gestion. 10 years in
the French navy as
Mechanical Engineering on nuclear submarines, 10 years
in the Paper Industry as Manufacturing Manager and plant operations Manager, 8 years
in the Beverage cans industry as Engineering Manager and now Business
Development Manager in CCH.

 Trevor Oakley-Jenner BA (Hons) - Business Development Manager
Trevor joined the company in 2002 and operates across various sectors such as Canning, Beverage, Food and Industrial. He has played a significant role in introducing the company's skills to new markets especially the food sector, whilst acting as link between the engineers and existing customers.
 Roger Blunt - Projects Engineer
Roger’s tenacity provides another influential aspect to the team. Having 25 years experience in the packaging industry, and has worked on many projects here in the UK and worldwide. His hands on expertise and skills are highly rated.
 Tony Clark - Projects Engineer
Joined CCH in early 1997, with mechanical, electrical and computing background. Worked throughout Europe, the Middle East and Far East. Major projects include Senior Engineer on “Deprem” project in Turkey, Line 6 installation in Braunstone for CC&S, process outfeed upgrades in Sofreb, France and Agoncillo, Spain for CC&S. Installation of original Ioniser systems for Coca-Cola throughout Greece. Many major projects in the US including Coors, Denver, line upgrade and spiral elevator installations in Silgan, New York.

Mike Bell - Design Draughtsman/Detailer
Mike Joined the CCH Team in October 2003 in the role as Technical Draughtsman, Whilst having no previous experience in the Can industry I have over 30 years draughting experience, producing Layout drawings, General arrangements, Detailed drawings for manufacturing, Procurement of parts, record keeping.
Previous works experience - 14 years within the Drawing Office at a pharmaceutical company and 16 years within the Drawing office of a Materials Handling Company.
ENGINEERING
 Peter Riggs - Engineering Manager
8 yrs plant manager experience in Saudi Arabia leading JBCMC followed by Metal Forming Team leader for the Crown Bevcan group across the Middle East and Europe. Extensive experience in can plant front end performance improvement and down gauging programs.
 Kevin Petre - Engineering Co-ordinator
Kevin Has been with CCH Eng since the start of the company in 1988 .After 12 years of field service experience , now Engineering Co-ordinator .
Duties include the co-ordination of Engineering & Service Manpower also co-ordination of workshop activities, producing drawings for suppliers and liasing between all departments within CCH Eng.

Bill has over twenty years experience transferring from production to engineering. He works extensively on Front End improvements safe in the knowledge of his experience knowing what the end user needs.
 Lee
Dangerfield - Embosser and APM Technology
Lee Joined CCHEngineering in July
2005, as the Electrical Projects Engineer, which, briefly involves,
plc programming, installations, commissioning, plannning &
costing. Lee's qualifications include ONC Electrical/Electronic
Engineering. Prior to joning CCH Lee worked in can manufacturing for
10 years as a maintenace electrician/fitter.
 Alex Wood - Customer Services Metal
Finishing
Alex is qualified mechanical engineer, who has been involved in Two Piece can making since the end of 1979. Initially with American Can, later to become American National Can with a subsequent move to CMB and Crown. Gordon has considerable experience in all aspects of Metal Finishing not just the theory side Gordon is very much a 'hands on'team player who has practical knowledge of all aspects of Metal Finishing, including design production, plate making, coating application and decoration, On the job and classroom training. Involved in many plant start-ups around the world.
